Job SummaryWe are seeking an Entry-Level NetApp Storage Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NetApp ONTAP administration, troubleshooting, and storage management. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and possess strong technical, communication, and customer-facing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, administer, and support NetApp Storage environments (ONTAP/CDOT)Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage performance and availability issuesPerform firmware and operating system upgrades on storage infrastructureManage storage provisioning, snapshots, cloning, deduplication, replication, and disaster recovery activitiesConfigure and support SnapMirror, IntelliSnap, controller failover, and backup integrationsUtilize NetApp management tools including OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and InsightSupport storage protocols including CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel environmentsParticipate in incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes following ITIL practicesAssist with DR planning, DR testing, backup validation, and recovery proceduresCollaborate with compute, virtualization, networking,



and application teams to resolve infrastructure issuesMaintain operational documentation and provide timely customer communication .Required Skills & Experien ce2–3 years of experience in NetApp Storage Administration and Support.Robust knowledge of NetApp ONTAP/CDOT environments.Experience with storage technologies including Snapshots, SnapMirror, Cloning, Deduplication, and Replication.Understanding of storage protocols: CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel.Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Server environments, and networking fundamentals.Experience in Linux System Administration.Familiarity with SAN, WAN, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery platforms.Understanding of security hardening, performance tuning, and infrastructure best practices.Exposure to managed services and outsourced support environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientatio n.Preferred Qualificati onsITIL Foundation Certification.Experience supporting 24x7 enterprise production environments.Knowledge of Cisco networking and virtualization technologies .Work Schedule24x7x365 support environment.Two weekly off days, which maybe:Two mid-week days or One weekday and one weekend day.Hybrid work model with mandatory office presence three days per week in Bangalore.Preferred Candidate ProfileImmediate joiner or candidates with short notice periods.Bangalore-based candidates preferred.Positive, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented professional with a strong learning mindset.
