We’re Hiring: AI-Native Finance & Accounts AssociateWe are looking for someone to independently manage accounting and finance operations for select startup clients of our firm.This is not a traditional accountant role.We want someone who is:Strong with accounting fundamentals and financial statementsComfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting, reconciliations and month-end closuresWell-versed with TDS, GST and other routine finance compliancesAble to review ledgers, identify gaps and ensure books are accurate and audit-readyExtremely comfortable with AI tools and technologyCurious about automation, data and modern finance systemsWilling to take complete ownership and independently solve problems rather than wait for instructionsThe role will involve accounting, TDS/GST workings, reconciliations, MIS, financial data management, monthly closures, financial statement support and coordination for statutory compliances,
