Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead with 6-12 years of experience in software testing, including leadership in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibili ties:Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools,



and methodologies.Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applic able.

Required S kills:6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with a strong experience in Rest Assured with Java.Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.Robust knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifi cations:ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
