Technical Skill-

Supporting Apple, Dell, and Lenovo devices.

Knowledge to install/uninstall software applications on Laptop/Desktop devicesKnowledge of L1 support protocolsExcellent Troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of any ticketing tools will be an added advantageKnowledge of network protocols and configuration is a plus
