Position OverviewThe
Oracle Cloud ERP Program Manager
is responsible for leading the
end-to-end transformation from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud
across multiple manufacturing sites.This is a
hands-on, execution-driven leadership role
responsible for program governance,
vendor management, system integration, and business readiness. You will operate at the center of a complex enterprise transformation spanning
Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Platforms, and Salesforce integrations .This role requires
onsite leadership in Roanoke, VA , with regular travel to manufacturing facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across multiple plantsLead ERP transformation from legacy systems (GRMS) to Oracle Fusion — driving standardized, scalable processes ( no customization approach )Drive Oracle Readiness Phase including:Architecture assessmentsBusiness process mapping (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)Implementation strategy alignment with executive leadershipLead System Integrator (SI) selection process including RFP creation, evaluation, and contract negotiationManage Oracle, SI partners, and third-party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and governance cadenceEstablish and lead program governance:Steering CommitteeDesign authorityRisk, issue, and change control processesCoordinate integrations across enterprise systems:SalesforceAzure Data PlatformFuture MES systemsOwn business readiness:Data migration strategyCutover planning and executionTraining and user adoptionHypercare support post go-liveManage program financials including budget, forecasting,
and ROI trackingBuild and lead cross-functional delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and ITEnsure successful multi-site rollout across manufacturing facilities in:Roanoke, VATroutville, VARincon, GAPocatello, ID
Key Success MetricsOracle Finance go-live across all plants on schedule and within budgetClean financial close on Oracle at go-liveSeamless Salesforce ↔ Oracle integration and order flowSuccessful retirement of legacy ERP systems without disruptionMeasurable business value realization and user adoptionStrong governance, risk mitigation, and execution discipline
Qualifications15+ years of experience in ERP program leadership or enterprise transformationProven track record delivering
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations (Finance required)Experience with
multi-site manufacturing environments
strongly preferredHands-on experience managing Tier-1 System Integrators (SI)Strong understanding of:Finance and Supply Chain processesManufacturing operationsData integrations and enterprise architectureExperience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Azure platforms preferredPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
Leadership ProfileExecution-focused leader who thrives in high-pressure, high-visibility programsStrong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite levelDetail-oriented with ability to challenge technical and commercial decisionsSkilled in vendor negotiations, RFP processes, and contract managementProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams through transformation
