With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.The Senior Instock Associate will be a key member of the Commercial team, supporting inventory's health and availability for their assigned category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesManage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planningParticipate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvementInteract with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaborationManage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues,



lead timeAchieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programsAnalyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory RequirementDemonstrate solid proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisionsProven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines.

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field4+ years of relevant experience in a similar roleStrong bias for action & resourcefulness is paramount Noon is growing at a very rapid pace & you need to be delivering meaningful measurable results by overcoming broad constraints all the timeExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, propose solutions.
