Key Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)9 to 10 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site executionExcellent Aesthetic senseBasic understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependencesShould be a Learner with Solid communication skillsPositive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindsetStrong alignment with a detail-driven work cultureAbility to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processesBe able to work on multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverablesCoordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integrationCreate design observations, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holdersBe able to Review Shop DrawingsBe able to Respond to RFIEnsure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarksFollow agreed design consistency and construction accuracy
