We are looking for a CTO who will own the complete technology of the company, not report to someone, but build and lead it.
What you will do:Own the full tech stack
end to end - architecture, development, deployment, scalingBuild and improve the
AI pipeline
(OCR, extraction, prompt engineering, model orchestration, evals)Ship production features that paying users depend onLead the engineering team and set the technical directionWork directly with the founder on product and business decisions

Our tech stack:React 18, TypeScript, Express.js,

Must have a todu factor:Tier 1 college (IIT / BITS / NIT / NSUT / IIIT / DTU), orProduct company with a known engineering bar, orOpen source contributions with real usage
Compensation:CTO-level equity (direct shares)Basic compensationYou are building with the founder, not for the founder
Location:Delhi NCR preferred. Remote works initially, but this role moves to in-person as the team grows.
