We are looking for a

Senior Engagement Manager to lead PLM and Digital Engineering transformation

initiatives for a leading industrial manufacturing enterprise. This is a high-visibility delivery leadership role at the intersection of engineering processes, product data, enterprise systems, and AI-driven digital capabilities.

The right candidate will bring strong Siemens Teamcenter experience alongside the consultative ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption. This is not a Teamcenter support or administration role — we need a transformation leader who can connect Engineering, R&D;, Manufacturing, and future AI initiatives into a coherent program.

The role reports directly to the Key Account Manager / Managing Partner and serves as the primary on-site interface with client leadership.

Experience:

• Consider only candidates with 8–12 years of experience in PLM, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Transformation programs.• Strong hands-on exposure to Siemens Teamcenter — implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation• Deep understanding of PDLC, BOM management, and Engineering Change Management• Experience with manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering,



or R&D-intensive; organisations•Track record managing cross-functional delivery programs in client-facing consulting environments

Technical Skills:

• Siemens Teamcenter · PLM ecosystems · Digital Thread & Engineering Traceability• BOM & Product Data Management · Engineering Change Management• SAP & enterprise integrations · Data migration & governance• Agile delivery, transformation governance, and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Leadership• Serve as the primary on-site engagement lead for senior stakeholders across R&D;, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT/OT• Lead steering committee reviews, executive governance forums, and transformation alignment sessions• Build trusted relationships with client leadership and technology partners to drive adoption

PLM & Digital Engineering• Lead Teamcenter-driven PLM transformation and define the Engineering Digital Thread strategy• Establish governance for product data, BOMs, engineering documentation, workflows, and change management• Improve traceability across Design, Testing, Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing processes• Support future-state initiatives across AI, Knowledge Management, GenAI,



and Digital Twin capabilities

Program Delivery & Governance• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams — planning, sprint management, dependency tracking, and risk escalation• Coordinate cross-functional teams: architects, data engineers, PLM consultants, and integration specialists• Maintain delivery artefacts: project plans, RAID logs, governance dashboards, and phase gate reviewsEnterprise Integration & Data• Drive integration across Teamcenter, SAP, lab systems, manufacturing platforms, and enterprise data environments• Lead engineering data migration, harmonisation, and rationalisation programs• Provide oversight on solution design, integration architecture, and technical trade-off decisionsCommercial & Scope• Manage scope boundaries and identify change requests with commercial implications• Support milestone tracking, delivery governance, and account growth conversations
