As the firm scales, it is seeking an objective, expert evaluation of its current infrastructure to identify risks, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities — and to deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap for future investment.This is a high-visibility advisory engagement, working directly with senior leadership and IT stakeholders to shape the firm's technology direction over the next 5–6 months.What You'll DoAssess the current state of IT infrastructure across the firm's Bangalore office and any connected locationsEvaluate network architecture, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, and remote-access setupsReview server, storage, and compute infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environmentsAssess data security, access controls, and compliance posture, with particular attention to client data confidentiality obligations typical of legal practiceEvaluate endpoint and device management practices across the user baseReview backup, disaster recovery,



and business continuity readinessAssess IT service management, helpdesk operations, and vendor/AMC management practicesReview software licensing and asset management processesIdentify gaps, risks, single points of failure, and technical debt in the existing environmentDevelop a future-ready, secure, and cost-optimized infrastructure roadmap, sequenced by priorityPresent findings and recommendations directly to firm leadership and IT stakeholdersKey DeliverablesCurrent-state infrastructure assessment reportGap analysis and risk registerInfrastructure optimization and modernization roadmap (short / medium / long-term)Cost-benefit view for major recommended changesFinal presentation and walkthrough with leadership and IT stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience auditing IT infrastructure for professional services, legal, or similarly regulated organizations (preferred)Robust understanding of data security and confidentiality requirements relevant to the legal sectorProven ability to work independently and engage directly with senior leadership and technical stakeholdersHands-on knowledge of network architecture, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, data security, endpoint management, and IT service managementRelevant certifications such as ITIL, CISA, or cloud platform certifications preferred, though not mandatory.
