Playwright or other UI Automation toolsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable automation frameworks for microservices and distributed applications.Develop automated test suites for REST APIs and microservices.Validate end-to-end workflows across

API → Kafka → Database layers .Automate Kafka event validation including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, headers, keys, timestamps, schemas, and payloads.Perform database automation testing and backend data validation.Write complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.Validate data consistency across APIs, Kafka events, databases, and downstream microservices.Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.Analyze logs, Kafka messages, database records, and API responses to troubleshoot defects.Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, Architecture, and QA teams in an Agile environment.Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving automation practices and test coverage.
