This is a full-time, voice-based position focused on cold calling and lead generation for Australian business clients.
Highly preferred candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling will be considered.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointmentsEngage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about Solar Rebates given by Australian governmentMaintain accurate call records and lead trackingMeet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistentlyWork collaboratively with internal teams to align on campaign goalsCandidate Requirements:* Minimum 6 months experience in Australian B2C/B2B voice process/ Freshers are also eligible with good communication skills* Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills*Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting* Ability to work in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zonesOne-way cab (within hiring zone)
