The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening

Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems

, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Technical and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and strengthen

Quality Assurance systems

covering incoming, in-process and finished products.Ensure products consistently conform to specifications and customer requirements.Maintain QA laboratory procedures with traceability to applicable national and international standards.Implement and sustain

Quality Management System and Integrated Management System (IMS)

practices.Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications and compliance requirements.Drive systems including

ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000,



ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC

.Lead analysis and resolution of

customer complaints

, including customer interaction/visits wherever required.Drive effective

CAPA

, root-cause analysis and reduction in complaint response time.Support technically justified dispatch decisions to minimise quality complaints and claims.Guide teams in applying

TQM tools

for continuous improvement.Develop team capabilities through training, skill matrices and multi-skilling.Ensure compliance with

Occupational Health & Safety, Process Safety and SHE

requirements.Participate in safety audits, emergency preparedness, change controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a

Quality professional from a continuous/process manufacturing environment

with solid hands-on exposure to:

Quality Assurance | QMS | IMS | TQM | CAPA | Root Cause Analysis | Customer Complaint Management | ISO Systems | BRC | Process Quality | Audits & Certification | SHE & Process Safety

Experience in

polymers, plastics, specialty materials, chemicals, petrochemicals or allied process manufacturing industries

would be preferred.
