Decormart Studio focuses on converting clients’ ideas into reality by offering a unique and personal touch to every space, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle for home interior projects . This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design and service offerings and preparing proposals and quotations. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, conducting follow-ups, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying current business opportunities and partnerships.



The role also includes contributing to sales strategies, participating in marketing initiatives and representing Decormart Studio at client meetings and local events.ResponsibilityIdentify and develop new business opportunities in residential interior projectsConduct client meetings, site visits and requirement discussionsPresent company profile, materials and design solutions to prospective clientsCoordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and estimationsPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close dealsMaintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsTrack market trends, competitors, and new projects in the regionUpdate CRM / sales reports and maintain client databaseRequired SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of interior materials, fit-out process and project lifecycleAbility to handle corporate and high-value clientsGood networking with architects and builders (preferred)Presentation and convincing skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivated
