DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead development activities of various modules of ServiceNow, primarily ITAM HAM and CMDBAbility to configure assets, HAM modulePerform and review asset reportsPerform Normalization of the assetsCreate and/or review design documents; present them to customer and coordinate sign-offsLead process improvement/standardization efforts for HAM as identified by IT and business leadership.Coordinate with other process teams to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately.Develop strategies and plans to assess impacts and potential risks of solution alternatives, and to identify solution component sharing and opportunities for re-use.Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues.Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suiteDesign, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB,



GRC and KnowledgeResponsible for integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure toolsManage implementation and execution of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance AnalyticsResponsible for implementation of ServiceNow Data ModelOversee ServiceNow scripting and security best practices.Exceptional Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environmentITIL V3 Foundation Certified10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.Must be able to manage and supervise technical staff of up to twenty.Solid written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented setting.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
