and upgradeability.Module Delivery:Oversee hands-on architecture across core and emerging modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, custom applications).Stakeholder Engagement:Translate complex business requirements into clear architectural blueprints and communicate solutions effectively to both technical teams and executive leadership.Key Requirements & Technical SkillsHands-on Development:Deep mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Portal / UI Builder.Data Modeling & CMDB:Solid knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards and CMDB architecture.Security & Access Controls:Advanced knowledge of ACL rules, platform security models, domain separation, and role-based access.Leadership:Proven ability to mentor developers, guide technical delivery teams, and manage release governance.Education & CertificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Certifications:Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)At least 1–2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
