Job Title: Senior AI Engineer – Azure AI Foundry | Intelligent Document Processing Location: Hyderabad, PAN INDIA Experience: 7+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Working Mode: Hybrid – 3 days from office Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and advanced Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the development of complex OCR and document understanding solutions capable of extracting, classifying, validating, and processing highly unstructured business documents, including invoices, engineering drawings, RFQs, contracts, site plans, purchase orders, handwritten forms, and multipage tabular documents. This role requires expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise-scale automation platforms . Key Responsibilities AI / GenAI Solution Development Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry . Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI . Build Agentic AI solutions utilizing autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks. Create RAG architectures integrating enterprise knowledge repositories. Develop AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services . Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for domain-specific business use cases.



OCR / Intelligent Document Processing Architect advanced OCR solutions capable of processing: Structured documents Semi-structured documents Completely unstructured documents Handwritten forms Engineering drawings Construction plans Multipage tables Scanned PDFs Images with poor quality and noise Develop custom extraction models using: Azure AI Document Intelligence Azure Computer Vision Azure Form Recognizer Azure Custom Vision Open-source OCR frameworks Build document classification, entity extraction, key-value extraction, and table recognition pipelines. Implement confidence scoring, validation rules, and human-in-the-loop review workflows. Improve OCR accuracy through advanced image preprocessing techniques, including: Deskewing Denoising Adaptive thresholding Image enhancement Layout detection Azure AI / Cloud Engineering Build scalable AI solutions on Azure Cloud. Design AI architectures leveraging: Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Azure Machine Learning Azure AI Search Azure Document Intelligence Azure Functions Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Data Factory Azure Storage Services Azure Cosmos DB Microsoft Fabric Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices.



Automate deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions . Machine Learning / Data Science Develop predictive and generative AI models. Train and evaluate custom computer vision models. Build document classification and information extraction models. Optimize inference performance and model accuracy. Establish AI monitoring, governance, and observability frameworks. Enterprise Integration Integrate AI solutions with: Oracle ERP Salesforce SAP ServiceNow SharePoint Microsoft Teams Power Platform UiPath REST APIs Support automation initiatives combining AI and RPA technologies . Governance / Security Ensure all AI solutions comply with enterprise AI governance standards. Implement Responsible AI principles. Develop secure, scalable, and auditable AI frameworks. Manage model lifecycle security, compliance, and risk assessments. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering , or a related field. Experience 7+ years of experience in software development and AI engineering. 4+ years of experience implementing AI/ML solutions in Azure. 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise OCR and document intelligence projects. Experience deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions . Desired Certifications Microsoft Certified certifications relevant to Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, or AI Engineering .
