Job Title: Workday Consultant Work Location: Mumbai, MH Job Type: Temporary Assignment Duration: 4 Months Work Type: Remote ( INDIA) Job Description: The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Modify Calc fields, reports, conditions rules and Absence plans as needed for retrofitting needed for project Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs. Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations. Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.



Your Qualifications 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical contractor Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave. Verify familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes. Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and able to pick up fast in a quick delivery projects. Experience in a support team environment, with the ability to handle escalations effectively. Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Solid experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.
