This role focuses on architecting scalable and secure integration solutions using contemporary Workday Studio capabilities, including parallel processing, streaming architectures, asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0. The consultant will serve as a primary technical advisor to clients, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership to ensure reliable, efficient, and enterprise-grade Workday integration solutions.In this role you will...8-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations and Workday Studio development.Proven experience leading end-to-end design, development, and support of complex, high-volume Workday Studio integrations.Strong hands-on experience with advanced integration patterns including parallelization, chunking, streaming architectures, asynchronous orchestration, and XSLT 3.0.Experience integrating Workday with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.Acted as a primary technical point of contact, translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions.Proven ability to provide technical leadership through design guidance,
