Plant Head

to lead its Dahej manufacturing operations for boiler pressure parts, heavy fabrication, assembly and special project equipment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead complete plant manufacturing operations with ownership of

production, OTD, productivity, quality, cost and safetyDrive daily and weekly production plans against project and dispatch schedulesImprove fabrication output, labour productivity, machine utilization and manufacturing lead timeControl factory conversion cost, overtime, contract labour, rework and material wastageEnsure robust welding, NDT, PWHT, hydrotest and material-traceability disciplineDrive reduction in NCRs, weld repairs and cost of poor qualityEnsure high equipment availability through preventive maintenanceLead EHS, 5S, shop-floor discipline and continuous improvementCoordinate closely with Planning, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Stores and QualityDevelop supervisors and build a strong second-line manufacturing teamPrepare and monitor plant budgets, manpower plans and capex requirements





Candidate ProfileB.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred15–20 years of manufacturing experienceMinimum

5 years in a plant leadership / senior manufacturing roleStrong exposure to one or more of:Boilers and pressure partsPressure vessels / heat exchangersHeavy fabricationPower or process equipmentEPC manufacturingStrong working knowledge of

welding, WPS/PQR, NDT, PWHT, hydrotesting, material traceability and quality systemsProven track record of improving

OTD, productivity, quality and manufacturing costStrong shop-floor leadership and contractor-management capabilityExposure to IBR/ASME/TPI-driven fabrication will be preferred
