URGENT HIRING – AYUSH DOCTOR

Location: Bhadrak, Odisha

POSITION

AYUSH Doctor

QUALIFICATION

• BAMS / BHMS / BUMS or other recognized AYUSH qualification

• Valid registration with the respective State AYUSH Council

EXPERIENCE

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

• Hospital / OPD / Emergency exposure will be an added advantage

DUTY HOURS

⏰ 8–10 Hours per Day

• Duty schedule as per hospital roster

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide AYUSH-based consultation and patient care as per qualification and scope of practice

• Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Manage routine OPD cases and provide appropriate treatment

• Monitor patients and assess response to treatment

• Identify patients requiring specialist or emergency intervention and refer/escalate appropriately

• Assist Consultants and medical team in patient management

• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments





• Provide patient and attendant counselling regarding treatment and follow-up

• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions and clinical documentation

• Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good clinical assessment and patient-handling skills

• Strong communication and counselling abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-speciality hospital environment

• Responsible, professional and patient-centric approach

• Good coordination with Consultants and nursing staff
