ABOUT


Agnikul Cosmos is a company incubated at IIT Madras and we build rockets that can take satellites up to 500 kg to Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). In May 2024, we successfully completed our maiden launch from our own launchpad (India's first private launchpad). The launch has proven all the new technologies developed by Agnikul and also earned recognition from Honourable Prime Minister of India.




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide day -to -day administrative support to a manager. The role focuses on managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling basic documentation, and helping with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth day -to -day operations.




RESPONSIBILITIES


> - Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
>
> - Coordinate meeting logistics and send invites.
>
> - Arrange travel bookings when required.
>
> - Maintain files, records, and other documents.




>
> - Prepare meeting notes and share action items when needed.
>
> - Handle routine emails and phone calls.
>
> - Follow up on pending tasks and reminders.
>
> - Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
>
> - Assist with general office and administrative activities as assigned.

> Requirements
>
>> - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
>
>> - 0–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
>
>> - Valuable communication and organizational skills.
>
>> - Basic knowledge in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Gmail).
>
>> - Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
