Architecture & Systems Design - Design and own scalable, low-latency backend services from the ground up for various Financial Instruments. Make deliberate tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and speed of delivery. Execution - Drive projects end-to-end with a bias for speed.



8+ years of strong programming expertise in Golang and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. ~ Experience in building scalable, user-focused fintech platforms focused on investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics would be a plus. ~ Experience in building highly scalable REST APIs that align with StockGro's needs. ~ Strong knowledge of databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. ~ Experience in building scalable customer-facing applications that are high-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency, and massively distributed. ~ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability. ~ Experience in designing and developing service-oriented architecture.Experience with cache-store/message brokers like Redis, RabbitMQ,or Kafka.Understanding of GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker is beneficial.Interest in learning current languages/frameworks as needed. ~ Experience working in a startup environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
