Job Description

Role: Labware LIMS Administrator

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Responsibilities

- Administration of the Labware (v8) LIMS, including security management (roles and

groups), development of new processes or workflows, enhancing user experience and

user interface of the LIMS to ensure business engagement, reporting and KPI creation

etc.

- Supporting end users with design workshops and training.

- Troubleshooting of issues.

- Work with the master data team, to ensure the correct standards and quality is being

applied.

- Work with the developer team, to ensure new configuration or changes are managed

correctly and fulfil the business needs.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance for all required standards.





- Contribute to system validation and change control process, including writing/reviewing

system documentation and test scripts.

Key skills / experience –

- Labware LIMS administration experience (v8, if possible). Including experience with

user accounts, configuring simple LIMS Basic subroutines and building visual

workflows.

- Solid experience of working in a laboratory and using a LIMS from end user

perspective.

- Previous experience in setting up interfaces (e.G. Instruments or systems) is desirable.

- GxP and change management knowledge is required.

- Experience creating or delivering training and running design workshops with business

teams. Good communication skills.
