Job Title: Data Delivery Manager - Data Modernization & Transformation Location: Experience: 12+ Years We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data Modernization and Data Transformation programs leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, Cloud Data Platforms, and Modern Data Architectures . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of cloud-based data transformation programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, program management, data architecture understanding, customer engagement, and people management to successfully execute complex data modernization journeys. Program & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Modernization, Data Migration, Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse, and Analytics Transformation programs. Manage multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, scope, and stakeholder expectations. Establish delivery governance, project plans, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Drive Agile/Scrum execution and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones. Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting. Data Transformation Leadership Lead enterprise migration initiatives from legacy platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server, Hadoop, or On-Prem DW to Snowflake or Databricks. Define and execute cloud data modernization roadmaps. Partner with Enterprise Architects and Data Architects to design scalable modern data platforms. Drive adoption of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and modern analytics architectures. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams, and delivery teams. Conduct executive steering committee meetings and delivery reviews. Manage customer expectations and communicate progress, risks, and resolutions effectively.



Provide thought leadership on modern data strategies and transformation initiatives. Lead and mentor Data Engineers, Data Architects, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and Scrum Teams. Manage resource planning, workforce forecasting, utilization, and capacity management. Drive performance management and career development initiatives. Build high-performing data delivery teams. Financial & Operational Management Manage project budgets, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and profitability. Drive delivery excellence through operational metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks and quality standards. Experience ~12+ years of overall IT experience. ~5+ years of experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics, or Cloud Data Platform projects. ~ Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Modernization or Cloud Transformation programs. ~ Experience managing global and distributed delivery teams. Snowflake Data Cloud Azure Data Factory (ADF) AWS Data Services ETL/ELT Frameworks Data Warehousing Concepts Data Lakes & Lakehouse Architecture Data Governance & Data Quality Data Modeling (Kimball, Dimensional Models) Real-Time & Streaming Data Platforms SQL, Python, Spark Experience managing migration projects from legacy data warehouses to Snowflake or Databricks. Experience in AI/ML data platform implementations. Knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and Modern Data Architecture patterns. Experience working with Fortune 500 customers. Snowflake Databricks Certified Data Engineer Qualified Cloud AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Google Professional Cloud Architect Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP Certification A successful candidate will have led multiple Data Modernization, Cloud Migration, Snowflake, Databricks, and Enterprise Analytics Transformation programs , managed teams of 20-100+ resources , interacted with executive stakeholders, and delivered measurable business outcomes through modern data platform adoption and transformation initiatives.
