Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Raipur. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee and manage the sales and marketing teams, develop and execute sales strategies, and enhance account management processes. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, managing sales operations,



and leading and mentoring the sales team. The role will also involve working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunitiesExperience in Account Management and maintaining client relationshipsProven Sales experience and ability to develop and execute sales strategiesTeam Management and leadership skills to guide and mentor the sales teamEffective Sales Management skills to oversee and optimize sales operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the nutraceutical or organic supplements industry is a plus
