Enterprise Integrations: Architect robust, scalable integrations connecting ServiceNow with third-party enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and SSO. Governance & Code Quality: Define development standards, conduct technical design reviews, oversee update set deployments, and ensure platform health, security, and upgradeability. Module Delivery:



Oversee hands-on architecture across core and emerging modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, custom applications). Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex business requirements into clear architectural blueprints and communicate solutions effectively to both technical teams and executive leadership. Key Requirements & Technical SkillsHands-on Development: Deep mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Portal / UI Builder. Data Modeling & CMDB: Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards and CMDB architecture. Security & Access Controls: Advanced knowledge of ACL rules, platform security models, domain separation, and role-based access. Leadership: Proven ability to mentor developers, guide technical delivery teams, and manage release governance. Education & CertificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Certifications:Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) At least 1–2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.G., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
