Sales Manager (Inside Sales - Healthcare) Work Mode : Work from Office Experience : 1 - 3 Years Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role at HealthTick. We're a quick-growing startup. You'll own the entire B2C sales funnel end to end. From hiring reps to training to ensuring they consistently hit their targets, you'll own every aspect of sales. If you stay with us in our rocket ship, you'll have the chance to be in a leadership role as the company grows. Ensure that the team meets & exceeds sales targets. Quality Assurance : Regularly audit calls & messages, provide feedback to the team so that the work quality is up-to-the mark. Training & Onboarding : Conduct training of the new joiners before they start with user calls. Webinar Sales Ownership : Be fully responsible for achieving in-webinar sales conversions and executing effective post-webinar follow-up strategies to maximise enrollment. Prior Sales Leadership:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Team Lead or equivalent supervisory role. Experience or a degree in the healthcare field is preferred Training & Coaching Ability: Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team, elevating the skill set of the entire unit. High Responsibility: A highly responsible, self-driven individual who takes full ownership of outcomes and is accountable to the team and the organisation.
