Our team focuses on creating a safe and positive experience for both pets and their parents.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Office Executive – Pet Care to join our team at Bark & Board, Tellapur, Hyderabad.This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site chance and freshers are welcome to apply.The role involves welcoming pet parents and visitors, handling enquiries, managing bookings and appointments, assisting with boarding and grooming check-ins/check-outs, maintaining basic pet records, handling payments, and coordinating with our grooming and operations teams.You will also communicate with pet parents regarding their pets' services, schedules, and updates, helping ensure every customer receives a warm and professional experience.Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely loves pets. You should be comfortable around dogs and other companion animals,
