Job Title : Project Manager Experience : 5-6 Years Prodigy Health is an AI-native healthcare technology company building the data and intelligence layer for modern hospitals. CarePro, a patient engagement and conversion platform, and Intellica, a health BI cloud for multi-unit hospital analytics. Our platforms live with leading enterprise hospital groups across India, running mission-critical operations at scale. We're a small, fast-moving team that ships real products into real hospitals where reliability, security, and data integrity genuinely matter. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the full product lifecycle for our clients — from onboarding through integration, deployment, and successful go-live. This role requires solid cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and support teams, and demands prior experience delivering technology projects within the healthcare industry. Coordinate data collection, workflow mapping, and readiness assessments prior to implementation Product Integration & Deployment • Lead product integration efforts at client sites, coordinating with technical teams on system/data integrations (HMIS, EMR, and other hospital systems)• Manage end-to-end deployment of Prodigy Health products, including configuration, testing, and go-live • Identify and mitigate implementation risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality • Ensure deployments meet healthcare data and workflow requirements specific to each client Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal Engineering, Product,



and Support teams • Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handoff from deal closure to project kickoff • Work closely with support teams to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to steady-state support Project Delivery & Governance • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers for each client engagement • Manage multiple concurrent client projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively • Drive training and change management activities to ensure user adoption at client sites • Maintain project documentation, including scope, decisions, and lessons learned, for future reference 5–6 years of experience in project management, with mandatory prior experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare IT, health tech, hospital systems, or healthcare consulting)• Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end technology implementations — from onboarding through go-live • Experience coordinating product integrations and deployments in a client-facing environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and support teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities • Experience with HMIS, EMR/EHR, or hospital CRM systems • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)• Understanding of India's digital health ecosystem
