HACA is looking for a Career Expert / Academic Counsellor who is passionate about helping students make the right academic and career choices.
The Career Expert will interact with students and parents, understand their academic background, interests, strengths, and career aspirations, and provide appropriate guidance on courses, institutions, entrance examinations, and career pathways.
The candidate should be confident in Communication, positive in attitude, approachable, and genuinely interested in working with students.

Key Responsibilities -

- Conduct one-to-one academic and career counselling sessions for students and parents. Understand students' interests, strengths, academic performance, and career goals.
- Guide students on suitable courses. Explain academic and skilled pathways in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Help students and parents make informed decisions based on their individual requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents. Build strong relationships and establish trust with students and families.
- Stay updated on current trends in higher education, emerging careers,



entrance examinations, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Maintain proper records of counselling sessions, student interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes. Coordinate with the academic, admissions, and management teams when required.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution. Contribute towards student engagement, admissions, and organizational target
