Job Description: Civil Engineer
Experience: 3–7 years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (As per market Standard)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction planning, site execution, and project supervision, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural and structural drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Resolve on-site technical issues and troubleshoot construction challenges
- Manage material procurement and inventory tracking




- Supervise site staff, laborers, and subcontractors

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design/planning software
- Familiarity with surveying tools and techniques
- Good understanding of structural and geotechnical principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and approval processes
- Prior experience in [residential/commercial/infrastructure] projects
- Prefer knowledge from Mivan shuttering

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (commensurate with experience)
