OptimalAgents.ai is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, build enterprise relationships, and drive sales of our AI solutions across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, research, and qualify B2B and enterprise leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, databases, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, founders, business heads, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand business requirements, and present relevant AI solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Work closely with founders and solution teams to understand client requirements and support AI implementations.
- Achieve defined lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, tele-calling, or lead nurturing.
- Strong experience in prospecting and generating qualified leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, AI, Enterprise Technology, or Consulting sales is preferred.
- International sales experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
