Job Description – Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹4.5–₹5 LPA (Depending upon Experience)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Required

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally/ERP.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Verify purchase/sales invoices, GRNs, and supporting documents.
- Perform vendor/customer ledger reconciliation and ageing analysis.
- Handle bank accounting and Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and reconciliation.
- Manage import/export accounting and related documentation.
- Maintain inventory, stock, and fixed asset records.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial schedules.
- Support monthly and year-end closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare data and schedules for Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting activities.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation and resolution.
- Support the Accounts HOD in reporting and finance-related activities.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance is preferred
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a Manufacturing / Import-Export company is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and CS compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Open-minded, positive, and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take ownership of work.
- Immediate joiners are required.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
