Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete garment sampling from design reference to final approved sample.
- Coordinate with designers, pattern masters, tailors, karigars, finishing team, and vendors.
- Ensure every sample matches the required fit, fall, silhouette, measurement, and finishing.
- Check stitching quality, fabric handling, trims, buttons, zippers, lining, labels, and garment finishing.
- Supervise fittings and give explicit correction instructions.
- Maintain sample records, correction notes, measurement details, and approval status.
- Manage daily boutique/studio operations and assign work to the team.
- Track fabric, trims, accessories, labels, and other sampling materials.




- Ensure samples are completed on time and according to Rosa Dame’s premium brand aesthetic.
- Support shoots, listings, production approvals, and small-batch sampling work when required.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, fabric quality, fabric fall, GSM, shrinkage, lining, trims, and garment suitability.
- Ability to understand and help prepare tech packs, including measurements, stitching details, construction notes, trims, labels, fabric details, and sample correction points.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
