Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating new leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through field marketing, calling, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Promote company products/services to potential customers.
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit clients/customers when required for sales and marketing activities.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to travel for field sales/marketing activities if required.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
