Social Media Manager & Content Creator – Luxury Watches

Location: Bangalore
Type: Part-time / Primarily Remote
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Compensation: ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

We are launching a new premium watch-accessories brand focused initially on handcrafted leather and rubber watch straps for luxury-watch enthusiasts and collectors.

We are looking for a Bangalore-based Social Media Manager & Content Creator with prior experience in the luxury-watch, horology or premium watch-retail space.

This is not a general digital-marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands watches and can create sophisticated, visually strong content for an enthusiast audience.

What we're looking for

Candidates should ideally have previously created or managed content for:

- A luxury-watch brand
- An authorised watch retailer
- A premium pre-owned watch dealer
- A watch publication or media platform
- A watch-focused Instagram/YouTube channel
- A watch-accessories brand

Experience with premium jewellery or other luxury products may also be considered if accompanied by a strong personal interest and knowledge of watches.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day social-media presence of the brand, particularly Instagram, including:

- Developing the monthly content calendar
- Creating and shooting Reels and short-form video
- Photographing straps fitted to luxury watches
- Creating wrist shots, macro/detail photography and product compositions
- Editing photographs and video
- Writing informed captions that appeal to watch enthusiasts
- Creating Stories,



posts and carousels
- Scheduling and publishing content
- Developing launch concepts for recent strap collections
- Managing basic comments, DMs and community engagement
- Monitoring content performance and recommending improvements
- Creating organic content that can also be adapted for paid advertising

Essential qualifications

- Previous professional content/social-media experience involving watches or the luxury-watch industry is strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio of premium product photography and video
- Good understanding of Instagram and Reels
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently
- Good written English
- Based in Bangalore and available for occasional scheduled shoots

Watch knowledge

You should be comfortable discussing brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Grand Seiko, Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre and similar manufacturers.

An understanding of watch straps, leather, lug widths, watch styles and enthusiast terminology would be a significant advantage.
