- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Maintain regular updates of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
