About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can independently manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, reels, video editing, influencer coordination, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company/client social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute engaging social media content and campaigns.
- Create and manage Instagram Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other visual content.
- Handle video editing and basic post-production for social media content.
- Create attractive images, creatives, thumbnails, and social media graphics.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage product shoots and ensure content is aligned with brand requirements.
- Handle client communication and coordination for social media activities.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Track page performance and provide regular updates/reports on engagement and growth.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity,



and quality across all social media channels.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with multiple social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic to good knowledge of video editing and image/creative designing.
- Experience in influencer coordination and product shoots.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple social media pages and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Creation.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Indore are preferred.
