Job Summary

We are looking for a KYC Executive to handle client documentation, account opening formalities, KRA-related activities, filing, scanning, and other KYC and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Stamp physical client account documents and fill in the required details accurately.
- Handle POA (Power of Attorney) filing and maintain proper documentation.
- Arrange and file forms and client documents systematically.
- Provide CML (Client Master List) to clients as required.
- Complete KRA/KYC activities on the relevant KRA portals for clients.
- Scan completed forms and maintain proper digital records.
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incomplete documents.




- Maintain proper physical and digital records of client documentation.
- Follow company procedures and applicable KYC/compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good documentation and filing skills.
- Ability to handle physical and digital records.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn KYC and financial services processes.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in KYC, back-office operations, stock broking, banking, or financial services will be preferred.
