Preferred Qualifications (Education): B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Embedded Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Software Trainer with strong programming knowledge and a good understanding of Embedded Systems, Computer Networks, and Operating Systems. The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on technical training to fresh graduates and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical training on C, C++, Python, Embedded Systems, Computer Networking, and OS fundamentals.
- Prepare and organize training materials, presentations, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct coding exercises, hands-on practical sessions, technical assessments, and mini-projects.
- Facilitate technical training for new team members and fresh graduates to prepare them for their roles.
- Evaluate trainee performance, identify skill gaps, and provide mentoring and feedback.




- Support trainees in improving their programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance, assessment scores, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align training programs with organizational and project requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of C and C++ Programming
- Good knowledge of Python
- Data Structures & Programming Fundamentals
- Operating System Fundamentals
- Computer Networking Fundamentals
- Embedded Systems fundamentals
- Microcontrollers & Microprocessors
- Positive knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C and CAN
- Good understanding of Linux and RTOS
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills

Minimum Service Agreement:

- 24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.
- 12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
