Job Title: English Teacher

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons, developing students’ language and communication skills, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons according to the curriculum.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to encourage student participation.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Encourage students to develop strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Conduct tests, examinations, presentations, and other academic activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Stay updated with up-to-date teaching methodologies and educational practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed./equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-friendly learning experiences.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology.
