About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sports Recruiter with both Sports and HR/Recruitment background to manage end-to-end hiring of Sports Coaches, Physical Education Teachers, Trainers, and other sports staff across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sports Coaches, PEs, Trainers and sports staff across India.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, sports networks, academies, colleges and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on sports skills, qualifications, experience, location and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, academies and sports institutions for candidate sourcing.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, selection and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong Pan-India sports candidate network.




- Work closely with the operations and HR teams to understand and close hiring requirements within timelines.

Requirements:

- Sports background is mandatory/preferred, along with experience in HR/recruitment.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably sports recruitment.
- Good understanding of different sports and coaching profiles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different cities simultaneously.
- Experience with recruitment portals and social media sourcing.
- Willingness to work with candidates and hiring requirements across Pan India.

Preferred Candidate:

Someone who has either worked in the sports industry/academy/coaching environment and has moved into HR/recruitment, or an HR skilled with strong knowledge and network within the sports industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
