Freight Broker Intern (Unpaid) – Peak Process Partners

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours/day

About the Role:
Get hands-on exposure to freight brokerage and logistics operations.
Learn how loads are matched, shipments tracked, and client/carrier relationships managed — end to end.

What You'll Do:
1. Support load board management and dispatch coordination
2. Track shipments and update internal systems
3. Assist with client/carrier communication
4. Help resolve basic customer service issues
5. Get exposure to KPIs and performance metrics used in brokerage

What We're Looking For:
1. Interest in logistics/freight brokerage
2. Valuable communication skills (written & verbal)
3. Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, basic office tools
4. Willing to learn in a fast-paced, process-driven setup
5. No prior experience required — just curiosity and reliability
