Position: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, and Journal entries.
- Manage Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, Payment Reconciliation, Petty Cash, and day-to-day banking activities.
- Handle billing, invoices, proforma invoices, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoicing.
- Prepare and manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS calculations, and payments.
- Coordinate with the company CA for GST & TDS return filing, IT audits, and income tax returns.
- Manage Bills Receivable and Bills Payable.
- Draft professional business communications independently.
- Handle other office and accounts-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid working knowledge of Tally and accounting processes.




- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and documentation skills.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
