Offline Marketing Executive – Dental Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate dental camps in schools, colleges, IT companies, apartments, corporates, and communities.
- Approach HR teams, school management, principals, facility managers, and corporate offices to arrange dental camps.
- Generate leads through offline marketing activities and events.
- Organize oral health awareness programs and dental talks in schools and companies.
- Coordinate talk shows, seminars, health awareness sessions, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with companies, schools, institutions, apartment associations, and local organizations.
- Manage all event arrangements including venue, permissions, banners, promotional materials, registrations, and team coordination.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for camp schedules and patient follow-ups.
- Collect and maintain leads generated from camps and events.
- Follow up with patients/leads and help convert them into clinic appointments.
- Identify new locations and organizations for regular dental camps.




- Submit weekly reports on camps conducted, leads generated, appointments, and conversions.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–3 years in field/offline marketing, healthcare marketing, event management, or similar.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting HRs, school authorities, and corporate decision-makers.
- Should be willing to travel locally for field activities.
- Experience in healthcare/dental marketing is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently arranging events.
- Knowledge of the local area and good networking skills preferred.

- Recent organizations added to the outreach network.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
