We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure efficient financial control throughout the construction project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, billing, cost estimation, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

* Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications.

* Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills.

* Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for project activities.

* Monitor project costs and maintain cost control records.

* Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.

* Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and contractors.

* Prepare progress reports and billing documentation.

* Assist in procurement and budget planning activities.

* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project budgets.

Qualifications

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.





* Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.

* Robust knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

* Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Best in Industry / As per experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
