Core Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media

calendars. You are responsible for the "why" behind every piece of content.

Community Engagement: Monitor brand mentions and lead active conversations with

followers. The goal is to turn a passive audience into an active community through

timely and brand-aligned responses.

Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide

monthly reports that go beyond surface numbers to offer actionable insights for the

creative team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Video Editors and Designers to

ensure high-quality asset production that fits the platform-specific algorithms and

trends.





Technical Requirements

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

algorithms, including best practices for formats like Threads and carousels.

Analytics Tools: Proficiency in social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout

Social, Hootsuite) and native platform analytics.

Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, brand-appropriate captions and hooks that

drive CTR and engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
