Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to manage technical teams and take end-to-end ownership of customer deliveries. This is a technical leadership and delivery role requiring a strong understanding of software development, the ability to guide engineering teams, and the confidence to work directly with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, customer-focused, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable technical plans while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate technical teams across customer projects and product implementations
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer deliveries from requirement understanding through implementation and deployment
- Interact directly with customers to understand requirements, priorities, and technical expectations
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support key architecture, design, integration, and implementation decisions
- Plan and track technical deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and release timelines
- Coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, product, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify technical and delivery risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when required
- Conduct technical discussions, solution reviews, and delivery status updates with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and timelines
- Support deployments, releases,



customer onboarding, and go-live activities
- Mentor team members and promote strong engineering and delivery practices

Must Have Skills

- 8+ years of solid experience in software development or technical engineering roles
- Proven experience in technical leadership and leading software development teams
- Strong understanding of software development, application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment processes
- Experience managing end-to-end software or product deliveries
- Strong customer-facing experience, including requirement discussions, technical meetings, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions and execution plans
- Experience coordinating developers, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and release processes
- Ability to identify technical risks, resolve blockers, and drive projects towards successful delivery
- Strong ownership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience delivering enterprise software products, SaaS platforms, communication platforms, AI solutions, or other complex technology products
- Hands-on software development experience with modern backend or frontend technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerized applications, and modern deployment environments
- Experience handling multiple customer implementations or technical projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile or similar software delivery methodologies
- Experience working with globally distributed customers and engineering teams
- Experience with customer onboarding, production deployments, and post-deployment support
