Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage material dispatch, delivery coordination, transportation, and logistics documentation for our ELV projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site teams.
- Follow up on site material requirements.
- Maintain inward and outward material records.
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documentation.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the inventory/store team for material movement.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of all material movements.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics or material coordination.
- Experience in ELV / CCTV / Fire Alarm / Security Systems will be preferred.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, transporters, and project sites.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
